Shipment
Art4You ships your favorite piece of jewelry worldwide. The products are usually sent to the desired address within a maximum of two working days after receipt of payment. Delays may occur depending on stock levels and order volume. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Shipping:
Switzerland: Orders up to CHF 150: shipping costs CHF 2 - 15, depending on the weight, insured standard shipping Orders from CHF 150: Free insured standard shipping
Europe: Orders up to CHF 200: shipping costs CHF 5 - 50, depending on the weight, insured standard shipping Orders over CHF 200: Free insured standard shipping
Rest of the World: Shipping fee CHF 20 - 50, depending on weight, insured standard shipping
Deliveries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein may be subject to customs and VAT. We have no influence on these costs and are to be borne by the recipient. International orders are shipped with Letter International PRIORITY. The delivery times can be found at the Swiss Post .
COMPLAINTS OR EXCHANGES
In the event of a return, an exchange or a complaint, we ask you to always send an email to art4you.switzerland@gmail.com in advance.
I ask you to report obvious defects or incorrect deliveries to art4you.switzerland@gmail.com as soon as possible. Together we will then look for a suitable solution.
Please note that product images may differ in shape and color from the ordered / delivered products within reason. Depending on the light, photography is not always easy.
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are to be borne by the customer (unless it is a faulty delivery, in which case I will of course take care of that).
Unfortunately, if the product is lost or damaged during return transport, we cannot refund any costs. We therefore recommend sending the shipment with a provider that offers shipment tracking. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund your money. The refund will be made the same way your payment reached us. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account. Jewellery can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The returned jewelry must be in its original condition: everything must be intact and the products must be new and unworn. Jewelery that has been damaged, soiled or can be proven to have been worn will not be refunded. If possible, we ask you to use your original packaging for the return.
Reduced-price products are excluded from the right of return.
